Goodwin & Associates is a contingency based management recruiting company for the hospitality industry. We place managers in all segments of the industry for companies of all sizes, from 1 location to 400. Our client base ranges from restaurants, hotels, clubs, franchises, resorts, casinos, and food retailers. As a firm we have 19 offices; each of our recruiters come from a background in operations.
Additionally we create and manage mystery shopping programs for our clients to enable them to see their establishment in the eyes of the guests. The data is compiled and tracked so trends emerge and action can be taken to train, reward, and coach. We also provide the capabilities to do exit interviews, guest surveys/online comment cards, and employee/manager surveys.
